Delivery

We aim to ship goods as soon as possible after receiving order. If any delays are encountered we will let you know by telephone or email. Please do NOT book any garage time or associated appointments that rely upon the delivery of your order until you have received your items. Whilst we endeavour to provide the speediest service possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery of your order once they have left our premises, as these delays are entirely beyond our control.

Our address that follows is for not where we actually work from so please do not turn up there, appointments if needed will be made to the correct place of work, due to machinery and stock levels and safety of the public.

Rocky Mountain Spares Ltd, 80 High Street, Winchester, SO23 9AT

International buyers please note the following:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or delivery charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional p&p/delivery charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – international government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Returns

In ALL instances please call or email us to discuss options.

Telephone 07703597446 or 01138153534  (00 44 7703597446 from abroad) or email sales@rockymountainspares.co.uk

Under no circumstances should goods be returned without prior agreement of Rocky Mountain Spares Limited.

Unwanted or unsuitable goods

Returns of unwanted/unsuitable goods are accepted but are required to be in new and unused condition and in original packaging, as supplied. Please telephone or email (details as above in previous paragraph) as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from receipt of goods. If all above conditions are met then you will be entitled to your choice of an exchange or a full refund. The customer must meet the cost of the return postage for unwanted goods. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost/damaged in transit and so we recommend use of recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and that you obtain a proof of dispatch from the carrier.

Faulty goods still within the guarantee period

Returns of faulty goods are accepted but, again, please contact us by telephone or email (details as above) in order to discuss before returning any goods. We will refund the cost of the returns postage for faulty goods (within reasonable limits) upon return delivery and reserve the right to choose to collect items through our own transport if we deem this appropriate. Therefore, it is ESSENTIAL to make contact with us before taking any action. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost/damaged in transit and so we recommend use of recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and that you obtain a proof of dispatch from the carrier.
